The SAMROA Annual General Meeting was run 12 August 2026 at the Kent Town Hotel. This included the election of the club’s general committee for the next 12 months. The following members were successful at being elected as committee members:

- Secretary: Paul Curtis
- Assistant Secretary: Leslie Atkinson

The club would like to thank everyone who served as a committee member in 2025/2026, and to everyone was not successful in nominating for a position.
Running of the club AGM means the Annual Dinner was not long coming, a great night was had by all. We congratulate the following award recipients:

- Dieter von-Zieden Most Improved Official: Shaan Polra
- Bob Schofield Award for the Most Days Trackside: Shaun Croci
Commiserations go to Matt Avery, being awarded the Orange Turkey for the ignominious act of getting the Chief Flag ute bogged while on duty at Mallala!
